TradeTang Deposit is buyers’ personal banking account on TradeTang，aiming to save trouble and inconvenience caused by repeated payment and refund, especially for those who make payment through bank transfer and western union. When making payment for orders through TradeTang Deposit, buyers are offered a discount of 1.4%.
How to transfer funds to TradeTang Deposit
TradeTang offers two means for buyers to transfer funds to TradeTang Deposit, namely, Bank Transfer and Western Union. When transferring funds into TradeTang Deposit, it is buyer's responsibility to pay the commission fee if there is any.
Through Bank Transfer
It is strongly suggested that you refer the transaction code when you transfer the funds. We will take 1 business day to confirm your transference after we receive the funds which usually takes 3---7 days.
Through Western Union
After transference by western union, it is strongly suggested that you inform us the information needed to collect the money online, including MTCN (Money Transfer Control No.), your first name, last name, your country and amount. It takes 2---3 business days for our financial staff to confirm your transference and we will inform you that upon confirmation.
How to withdraw funds from TradeTang Deposit?
TradeTang offers three different ways for buyers to withdraw funds from TradeTang Deposit, namely, Paypal, Bank Transfer and Western Union. We suggest Paypal which will allow your funds transferred to your account in 24 hours.
When you withdraw the funds, please make sure provide the information needed and TradeTang will remit the funds to you within 2 business days upon your withdrawal request and inform you of related information for money collection.
Order Payment
When the balance in TradeTang Deposit is enough for an order(s), you can make payment through TradeTang Deposit and you are offered a discount of 1.4%.
Order Refund
When you make payment through TradeTang Deposit, you are offered a discount of 1.4%, namely you only pay 98.6% of the order. Therefore, when a refund occurs, full refund or partial refund, the actual amount will be 98.6% of the agreed amount.

TradeTang Deposit History includes all the transaction records which can help you to get a clear understanding about your funds.
The status: Confirming & Confirmed
When your request has not been confirmed by our financial staff, the status is Confirming and it will change into Confirmed after confirmation by our financial staff.

1.What is MTCN?
MTCN stands for Money Transfer Control Number, a ten digits number provided by Western Union upon your sending money. It serves a tracking number for sender and the recipient will not be able to collect money without MTCN.
2.What is the Exchange Rate if I pay by Western Union?
Money sent by Western Union will be exchanged according to the exchange rate of the day when it is collected. The amount we receive might be slightly different from that you send as exchange rate keeps changing.
3.What to do once I decide to pay with Western Union?

However, you have to use PayPal as well, having your account and shipping address verified.While go through the ordering process, after you select PayPal as shipping term, you will be directed to the page of PayPal, where you can leave your credit card information for the transaction.
We understand payment by credit card might be your usual practice but for security concern and timely payment confirmation, we would recommend you pay with your PayPal account balance.
What if a supplier offers to sell me something directly, bypassing TradeTang?
If you receive offers from the suppliers to complete transactions directly without going through TradeTang we urge you not to respond and to notify us as soon as possible. If you accept to deal directly with a supplier you will have no one to turn to should your items not arrive or not be what you expect. TradeTang cannot help you get an exchange or refund if you choose to forgo our services during the buying process. With our escrow service, the payment is not released until we're sure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

What is an escrow?
Escrow is a deposit of funds by one party for the delivery to another party upon completion of a particular condition or event. In the case of online purchase a buyer makes payment to a third party, in this case: TradeTang, while the supplier ships the items to the buyer. When the buyer confirms the delivery and is satisfied with the items, TradeTang will then release the payment to the supplier.

TradeTang Account Navigation
a) My Orders (Active orders, Archived orders)
i. Awaiting payment: the buyer places an order and has not paid for the order;
ii. Pending confirmation: the buyer has paid for the order to TradeTang and waiting for the confirmation of TradeTang financial staff;
iii. Awaiting shipping: the payment has been confirmed, seller accepts the order and wait for seller to ship the package out;
iv. Shipped: the seller has shipped the package out, and wait for buyer’s acceptance;
v. Dispute: if there comes the dispute during the purchasing process, TradeTang will help to solve the dispute according to actual situation;
vi. Completed: the package has arrived at buyer’s destination, buyer should check the package, if the buyer is satisfied with the package, TradeTang releases the money to seller and the order is completed.
vii. Inexecutable: indicate that the order cannot be fulfilled. The buyer needs to response in their account to 'look for another supplier',Prolong handling time’ or ‘Apply for Refund’.

What are inexecutable orders？
Inexecutable orders are orders that can not be fulfilled either because items are out of stock or buyers provide inadequate information for supplier to process the order. Once orders are not executable, buyers will be informed by email of the reasons and actions need to be taken. If buyers are required to give more advice such as size and color, they can reply to TradeTang Customer Service email on the matter. If items are out of stock or at wrong price or supplier needs more time to prepare for the shipment, buyer can take the following measures:
1) Click the "Look for another supplier" button to transfer the order to another supplier;
2) Click the "Prolong handling time" button to prolong the handling time for supplier to send the order.
3) Click the "Apply for refund" button to apply for refund. If you do not want to send money back and forth, you can email to Tradetang Customer Service to transfer the refund to a new order.
